OVERSTITCH™

The OverStitch™ Endoscopic Suturing System is a non-invasive, and FDA-approved endoscopic suturing device, allowing physicians to place durable, full-thickness sutures through a flexible endoscope. The OverStitch™ enables a wide range of minimally invasive treatments for a wide range of applications such as GI Bleeds, Gastric Sleeve Revision, POEM, ESD Closure, and Fistula Closure.

OverStitch™ is mostly known for its use in ESG: Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty developed Bariatric treatments. ESG is a minimally invasive technique, that reduces the stomach volume, and gastric capacity by creating a sleeve through a series of endoluminal placed full-thickness sutures, without changing the physiology of the stomach.

ESOPHYX^® DEVICE

The EsophyX^® device granted FDA approval is designed to reconstruct the gastroesophageal valve (GEV) and help restore the GEV’s normal function as a reflux barrier. It is used to perform the TIF^® – Transoral Incisionless Fundoplication, a safe and incisionless procedure to treat GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease), using the EsophyX^® device by enabling the creation of a 3 cm, 270° esophagogastric fundoplication, to restore the body’s natural protection against reflux.

LAPBAND^®

The Lap-Band^® is an FDA-approved, laparoscopic weight-loss device, composed of an adjustable Gastric Band that can be tightened and loosened as the body changes over time.

The adjustable Lap-Band^® is placed around the stomach to reduce its capacity, in minimally invasive outpatient surgery. The resulting shape is similar to an hourglass, which helps promote a feeling of fullness, limits the food intake, and slows the movement of food from the stomach.

The Lap-Band^® can be used prior to performing Bariatric surgery.

BECHAM CALIBRATION TUBE

The Calibration Tube is indicated for Sleeve Gastrectomy and Gastric Bypass.

The Becham Calibration Tube has two Lumens, which allows for safe suction of the stomach contents and the administration of Methadone Blue for leak testing.

It is easy to position and will remain in place without pushing back against the greater curvature of the stomach.

The Calibration Tube is available in 34, 36, 38, 40 and 46 French.

PERI-STRIPS^® DRY with VERITAS Collagen Matrix (PSDV) Reinforcement is intended for the surgical repair of soft tissue deficiencies using surgical staplers when staple line reinforcement is needed.

Linear reinforcement can be used for the reinforcement of staple lines during bariatric and gastric surgical procedures, such as Sleeve Gastrectomy Surgery or Gastric Bypass.
