ONE-TO-ONE SALES VISITS
Our one-to-one tailored sales representative visit is arranged by one of our professionally trained product specialists to educate the physician on the devices we offer and assist them during live cases.
Our short course program is conducted by our internal sales team that engages in an introductory presentation highlighting product knowledge, features, and benefits.
Our proctoring programs are offered to physicians needing product and procedural guidance during their first couple of cases. This is usually done by inviting a world expert to assist and guide the physician throughout his first case, ensuring the patient’s greatest amount of care and safety.
CERTIFIED WORKSHOPS WITH HANDS-ON TRAINING
Basic workshops: Led by the Sales Manager or Managing Director.
Advanced Workshops: Led by a world expert, approved, and certified by the manufacturer.
The workshop is carried out by an intensive device and technique training, followed by a hands-on experience equipped with procedural models prior to issuing certificates to the attendees, approved by the manufacturer.
IN-SERVICE OF THE NURSES
We offer training to the nurses on our devices, including preventive maintenance, to ensure pre and post procedure success.
